All of your family were very warm and kind, so we enjoyed accompany with them.
Also we all were amazed to taste the good food!
(The indian food I like the most was prampoli, so I was extremely happy to have that!!)
I would like to recommend your village to visit to other Japanese people living in Pune.
It was a nice experience to see the nature, animals, and life of agricultural family.

Currently this village is having a peacock sanctuary which shelters more than two thousands of peacocks. & we expect double of that in next few years.
I hope after reading this blog ,you people definitely want to visit this awesome Place “Morachi Chincholi”.

About the charges, Dattarya and his family said we need to keep the money in front of the God whatever we thought was appropriate. It didn’t really matter whatever we kept. They even called back in the evening to check whether we had reached safely.
I was deeply moved to see how these simple people lived, kept a complete faith in humanity and struggle to preserve our tradition. It was far far away from the material world running like crazy after money!

We visited this place last weekend (16th Jan,2010) and opted to stay back with your family.The place was beautiful with greenery all around.After a sumptuous lunch we went around the fields with a young boy ‘babu’ , who showed us and around the fields also guiding us on good locations for taking some snaps.
Afternoon was spent at leisure , lazing around trees .
Evening was calm and serene , with delicious food under the skies watching stars.We could see few peacocks in the evening and then again early morning, we preferred watching them from a distance as told by our hosts.
The place is good if you want to enjoy in peace, Simplicity of their lives is what you end up admiring.
We Thank Mr.Janardhan and his wife Mrs nirmala for their courtesy and would definitely like to come back and stay again.

can anyone guide me about how to reach this place.
i am from hyderabad .
from pune how much is the distance & facility about travelling .
I visited Marachi Chincoli 15 days back.
We could see very few (8-9nos) of peacocks in the complete overnight stay of 1day(24hrs).
The peacocks were very far to be seen for us.
Spending 500 per head just for Bhakri and pithle is very expensive.
Instead visit a zoo and you will see better peacocks there.
Thopate family gave a warm welcome.But they are taking ample money for that.
Not recommandable at all.

I hope you will remind us when we have to Morachi chincholi with your sister & Jijusa, Shri. Krishna Walke sir(Siddhant Institute of Business Management, Sadumbare).
We just cannot forget the “Sabudanyachi Khichadi” in Topali prepared by Mavashi. We eat Khichdi below tree of chinch. It was delicious.
Tour on that day was fascinating and we were amazed to see the love of man & birds, magic of water and rocks and huge curve beautiful, peaceful temple of Devi. We enjoyed the love and blesings of love from the nature.
I have this site first time. Site preparation, photos uploaded are very good. It will be good if you can add photos of wooden houses built near the tree of Chinch, chinchechi zade, Zoke its more pleasing & appealing to the nature lovers !!!

It was an amazing experience. We went to Morachi Chincholi with 6 persons.
Dattatraya actively took us in the fields. We had a nice photo session there. We saw beutiful peacocks in the fields. Even we saw the dancing peacock.
The food was very delicious. It really reflected the love & gratitude of Mawshi (Dattatraya’s mother). It was totally homemade.
Later, we requested Dattatraya to take us to the nearby spots. We went on the bikes. He really entertained us by taking us to the places nearby.
One thing is for sure, if you go there once, definitely you are bound to go again & again in the beautiful pollution free nature!

its an amazing idea of making this website. its frm here that i came to know of ur morachi chincholi n now am taking our entire office team there for an outing…. i have just one suggestion… as for the rest of the pages, right click unabled is fine but for the page of route to chincholi, i guess if u allow right click, it will help ppl in takin printout of route as ready reference while they are on their way to ur town….
anyways.. we r lookin forward for our trip this weekend !! and ur brother dattatry has been very helpful in organising our trip there.

You can contact anytime to Dattatraya regarding your visit, as you said, Panchayat should arrange the travel facility, but right now we are in the process of getting necessary resources and financial help for the same.
Hope very shortly you will come to this heavenly place to visit….
Nice well designed blog ..I have watched this place on Surabhi DD1 ..the only problem i see visiting is there is no direct connectivity from Pune ..there is just 1 bus from shivaji Nagar that too at odd hours if we can join in groups and arrange for transport that would be good.
Suggestion:
1) List down members travelling over a weekend on your blog many ppl travelling single can pitch in.
2) Please mention the budget of travel , clarity keeps things healthy:)!
3) Since it is rainy season a lot more ppl would like to see the village ..why not ask the panchayat to make arrangement for travel and make it a eco-tourist destination..
